Ola Daniewska

Hi, I’m Ola.

For over twenty years I’ve been helping people understand what their bodies are trying to tell them.

I work with people whose bodies keep needing attention — recurring pain, tension or fatigue that never seem fully resolved.

With a background in osteopathy and physiotherapy, I combine hands-on treatment with coaching, movement and nervous system support to help the body recover its natural resilience and function with greater ease.

About my work

Many of the people I work with are proactive about their health, yet the same patterns of pain, tension or fatigue keep returning.

My work focuses on understanding the deeper patterns behind these symptoms and helping the body recover its natural resilience.

Over the past two decades I’ve worked with executives, entrepreneurs and creatives — people with demanding lives who want their bodies to support, rather than limit, what they do.

My training includes a Master’s degree in Osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy in London, a first-class degree in Physiotherapy, and a diploma in Transformative Coaching from Animas. I have also completed postgraduate training in nutrition, breathwork, somatic therapies and psychodynamic psychotherapy foundations, all of which shape the integrated approach that underpins my work today.

In 2008 I founded OM, a multidisciplinary clinic in East London known for its holistic approach to pain and long-term wellbeing. Alongside my clinical work, I run Glo Retreats — immersive retreats designed to help people reset, restore and reconnect with themselves.
